Keith Alan
Keith Alan began his disc jockey career as a 1975 graduate of
the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. After performing as a nightclub disc
jockey, Keith hosted his first wedding reception in 1982.In
1993, Keith Alan Productions transitioned from a part time to a full time
business, forming Keith Alan Productions, LLC.
Keith is a member, in good
standing, of the CPDA (Connecticut
Professional Disc Jockey Association) and N.A.M.E (National Association of
Mobile Entertainers)DJ
Times, an industry publication, named Keith “DJ of the month” in December
1997 and in 2000, Mobile Beat, the leading industry publication, selected
him as one of the first “DJ All- Stars”. Keith has been a guest speaker at
the Mobile Beat National Conference on the topic of “Weddings: The Finishing
Touches”. He has been invited to speak at several conferences across the
country on the topic of weddings. Keith has hosted over 2,000 weddings and
provides the same professionalism, reliability and quality of service to
each event.
In
2005, Keith was offered a part-time position as an “on-air” personality by
WTIC-FM (96.5- TIC) and he's still on the air as a utility talent for CBS
Broadcasting.
In 2007, he
created the “Way Back Dance Party” which aired for two years.

Paul Mathisen
graduated college in 1987 with a degree in electronics
engineering. With his love of electronics, especially sound and lighting, as
well as a love for music, he started his Mobile DJ Career in 1989 in
Houston, TX. Since then Paul has hosted over 600 weddings, as well doing
many other parties and events.
Paul
has found great joy specializing in wedding receptions. His belief is that
a trusted relationship between him and the bride and groom is very important to make
sure every wedding reception is a great success. Paul
does much more than just play the music. He directs the events so everything
at the reception runs smoothly.
He is
a member of CPDA (Connecticut Professional Disc Jockey Association),
ADJA
(American Disc Jockey
Association), and SNAPDJS (Southern New England Association of Professional
Disc Jockeys).
Paul’s goal
for every reception is to make it fun, unique, memorable, stress free,
romantic, relaxed and unforgettable.

Fran
Thompson
graduated from Marist College in 1991 with a degree in Communications. Fran
began working as a
mobile and nightclub disc jockey in 1993. Two years
later, he joined the staff at Keith Alan Productions, LLC while
teaching
full-time. Currently, as a high school principal, Fran is still entertaining
audiences throughout the Connecticut.
Fran’s
personality and enthusiasm are infectious when he meets with his couples
prior to each event. Being a detailed oriented person, he knows that hosting
weddings requires attention to even the smallest details. He has a unique
ability to “read a crowd” and is very receptive to any suggestions from our
clients.
Fran
believes the goal of any disc jockey is to make sure the bride and groom
experience the highest quality entertainment for their special day. The day
is, after all, about them. His goal is to compliment the couple and make
their reception a wonderful event complete with memories that will last a
lifetime.
